I’m a Tad Confused

Ok, I know there are those of you that download my freebies and some of you have even purchased some of my kits.  So I believe that you are scrapping.  My confusion is this:  I put out a CT call and absolutely nobody (except my daughter because I asked her) replied.  It’s really not a demanding position.  All you have to do is be willing to share your layouts in a few forum galleries out there in cyber space and share a couple of QP’s or BB’s on your blog (or you can send them to me and I will share them on my blog).

I’d really like some feedback -- what is it that has kept you from applying to be a CT member?  I sure hope that I didn’t intimidate you.  You can go to the blog of any of my current CT members and ask them how easy I am to work with.  Is it my designs?  That doesn’t seem to be the problem since I usually get a lot of downloads.  So then, what is it?  Please be honest with me -- I won’t get upset, I promise!

But, since I am still in need of CT members, I’m posting the call again.  Here it is:

I really would like some feedback.  If you have an idea of where I can post this ad, please let me know!

I've put out the call for CT members and so far no one has responded. If you are interested but are hesitating because of something, talk to me! I'm really not hard to work for and I don't require a whole lot. I've put out the call because I have lost 2 CT members. I'm really in need of some more. See this post for all the information.

Creative Team Call

I’d like to expand my Creative Team and thus have decided to put out a call for more members.  Below is the AD that gives you the requirements.  As most of you know, I try to post 1 freebie kit a month.  So what’s the deal, you ask, if I already give my kits away.  Well, actually there are 2 things:

1. I give my kits away in bits and pieces.  If you are a member of my CT, you receive the entire kit at one time.
2. There have been 6 kits to date (with more to come) that have only ever been for sale.  As a CT member you would also receive those kits, too, as you request them.
